Susan Marie Howell's Obituary
Susan Marie Howell passed away at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, Florida, on January 27, 2026, after a brief illness. She was born in Ocala, Florida, on January 30, 1980.
Gifted in many ways, she finished fifth in the Vanguard High School Class of 1998 (Ocala, Florida). Music and the marching band were very important to Susan, resulting in lifelong friendships. She loved Jesus, was a diehard Florida Gator, a dog mom, a live music aficionado, and a karaoke fan. She was proud to work for a firm that highly values their pro-bono efforts and the impact they make.
Susan is survived by her partner Anthony White, her mother Patricia Ann Parramore Howell, sister Julie Ann Howell Helter (David) of Dayton, Ohio, sister Sarah Marie Howell of Ocala, Florida, brother Paul Martin Howell of Newcastle, Wyoming, nephews Seth Matthew Hummel Helter and Luke Daniel Helter of Dayton, Ohio, and extended family members. She was predeceased by her father Daniel Walter Howell and brother William Paul Wiley.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the community where Susan made her home: Glen Julia United Methodist Church, 2592 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Quincy, FL 32352, on Saturday, February 7th at 2 p.m. Pastor Mike Park will officiate.
