Rowe, was so kind and supportive to me when I was in college. She helped me get a job in the bureau of epidemiology at the state health department and provided great mentorship. I will always be grateful for her helping me really get started in my career and being a friend when I was living far away from home for the first time.

A smart, kind and thoughtful person she was. Always full of good feelings and care. I will miss her until we meet up again.

Words cannot describe Rowe. . .such a good friend, sense of humor, ready to "go and do", would try most anything (including ice skating where she broke her knee), always a a trusted ear that would listen and give the best advice, wonderful devoted wife, dedicated Christian. We met at Killearn Methodist in the Singles Class. There were so many good times, trips, parties. Many of us married around the same time and became the Encore group. We still get together often, some 30 years later. I and those who knew her will miss her forever. My thoughts and prayers of comfort go to the family. Be Peaceful knowing she is with her Savior.

Rowe was a loving and kind friend. As a travel mate to Cuba we had memories that are deep and heartfelt. We laughed until our sides hurt and enjoyed the love and hospitality of our Cuban brothers and sisters. Loved deeply by family and friends our sadness is overshadowed by the Joy she will find as she enters her eternal home
