What a awesome guy Rich was!!
I have the best memories of him when we all worked for OCPS Transportation in the garage. We had a great team of people and Rich was one of the kindest people and a guy that was so much fun and he had a smile that could light up a room. Those memories will always be treasured. Rich will be missed by many people.
I am speechless and heartbroken. Rich was a great person and father. Praying for you Merle, Joyce and Luke. Love you all very much!
