Joe Rowan's Obituary
William Joseph (Joe) Rowan passed away on July 13, 2025. He was born on September 12, 1953 to Herman and Eudene Rowan.
Joe loved the outdoors and being at home. Joe can be remembered by the beautiful landscaping around Tallahassee and surrounding counties.
He was preceded in death by his father Herman Rowan.
Survivors include his loving wife, Connie; his daughter, Kristy and son Cody; his two granddaughters, Delilah and Brooklynn; his mother, Eudene Rowan; one sister, Dot Brewer; and three brothers, Phillip, Timmy and Matt Rowan.
