I knew (and liked) Jerry in high school and through First Assembly of God church in Tifton. I reconnected with him on Facebook six years ago. I survived cancer in 2022. Jerry supported me with kind words of encouragement and prayers. He was a true friend that I will miss, but I believe I will see him again.
I also was in trucking business. Sales. Jerry was always a dedicated competitor. Always honest never bad mouthed competition. I always loved running into him at our customers businesses
