Jerry Lang, 88, of Whigham, GA, passed away on August 7, 2021. Jerry was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL. He graduated from Springfield College in Massachusetts and served our country in the U.S. Navy. He worked for and re Read Obituary
I first met Mr. Lang during a Waccamaw Indian People open meeting when he talked about healthcare and his activity there. He came to our grounds several times and we always learned something new while he was there.
During his time with Florida Vocational Rehabilitation, Jerry worked in our State Office in the Native American program. He was a kind man and like many, I consider him a friend. He was a strong advocate for Native Americans and a great ambassador for the Florida Vocational Rehabilitation Program. He will be greatly missed.
