My family and I were blessed to live across the street from this precious man and his family back in 1965 when we first moved here. Larry was always there for us, looking out for us and he always treated me like his own. He became like a 2nd father to me and I have cherished him all these years. He was an incredible man, one I will forever love. He will be missed but I'm so beyond thankful to have had such a special man in my life. You will be missed Larry. You did good!! Rest easy now. Love you forever and always. ♥️

Larry was a friend, mentor, and devoted family man. My friend was also fiercely loyal, dedicated, and an independent spirit. When his independence faltered he sincerely appreciated Craig and Pat’s willingness to offer him shelter and assistance with his bazillion trips to the doctor. Larry fought a nonstop battle with Crones disease for decades yet always seemed to muster up the courage and energy to join his family and friends on outings like fishing and skiing.
John said that Larry’s passing truly signifies the end of the innocence for our circle of friends.
Rest In Peace, my friend. Your race is over, you lived a great story.
