One of my favorite memories of uncle Gil, was him teaching me how to dance. Uncle Gil and aunt Lisa always had a jam playing. He could make any moment fun, and even when I had no idea what I was doing, he never stopped laughing and encouraging me.
I’ll also always remember learning how to drive with him in his white Dodge truck. He always drove a white truck, and riding around with him is something I’ll never forget.
One memory that still makes me laugh is when he told me I needed “blinker fluid” for the turn signal in the car. I believed him at first, and he thought it was the funniest thing ever. Looking back, it was one of the many ways he taught me not to trust everything people say and to think for myself.
Those are just a few of the many memories I’ll always hold onto.
Love you always.
