William "Bill" L. Marshall III's Obituary
William "Bill" Marshall, III, 79, was born in Tallahassee, FL on May 29, 1942. He was born to loving parents, William L. Marshall, II and Virginia Thornton Marshall. He passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022.
Bill is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 27 years, Mary Ann Marshall; three children, William "Lehn" Marshall IV (Billie); Connie Marshall Abbott (Bud); and Aimee Marshall Jessup (Ricky); seven grandchildren, William V, Mattie, Brittnee, Ashley, Eric, Tyler and Paige; five great grandchildren; siblings, Albert T. Marshall (Sandy) and Malinda Bates; and a host of family and wonderful friends.
In Bill's early years he went to Leon High School and was a master electrician at Mac's Electrical Service. He was an avid boater, always owning a boat and on the water every chance he got. He later owned and operated Tallahassee Marine Supply. He loved spending time with family and friends and will be greatly missed.
A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Cemetery at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 3rd, 2022. The family will receive friends following the service. Lifesong of Tallahassee (lifesongfunerals.com or 850/765-3190) is assisting the family with arrangements.
