Havana- Steven Carter, 53, of Havana Florida passed away on early Saturday morning on August 24, 2019 in his sleep after a long, hard illness.
Steven was born on September 22, 1965 in Peoria, Illinois. He spent many years installing hard wood flooring and various construction businesses. He was very passionate about his hardwood flooring jobs. He really enjoyed helping others. Steven also enjoyed playing baseball with his two sons Steven and David and coaching. He enjoyed spending time with his two sons and his fiancée Stephanie Fischer.
Steven is survived by his fiancée Stephanie Fischer and two sons. At his request no service is planned.
