Spencer F. Swab's Obituary
Spencer Frederick Swab "Buzz" died Sunday, February 1, 2026, at his home in Chattahoochee.
Spencer was born May 12, 1951, in Dansville, New York, son of Betty Cauble and Charles Swab, both deceased. He was the husband of Leah Burton Swab and father to Arlo Swab, his only son, who preceded him in death in 2021.
Spencer is survived by his wife Leah; grandchildren, Caden Zachary, Christopher Aiden and Harli Rae; siblings, Don Swab and Debra Swab Hallock; as well as seven nieces and nephews.
Spencer graduated from Cocoa High School, Class of 1969. He married his high school sweetheart in 1970. He spent his career working in construction throughout the State of Florida as an acoustical estimator and project manager. He retired 10 years ago and spent his last years of his life with Leah in the home they built in a wooded oasis in Chattahoochee. He passed just 6 weeks before he and Leah's 56th wedding anniversary.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, March 14, 2026, at his home.
