I love you Mom.

Still missing you Mom. I want to pick up the phone every day and call you. I never realized how lonely life would be without you. I hope to take my family to vacation to places I was able to go with you. We would love to see the car museum one day. I thought I'd attach a few of my favorite photos we got on our last two visits together. That way people can put a face to the unique life and memory of you.
To Sherrie's Family,
On 10/22/2021, I wrote the following and did not know where to send it. Recently another piece of mail came to our office so I was trying to locate her brother's information and saw this beautiful obituary on Sherrie. My thoughts back then were right on top of how her daughter, Sherrie described the Sherrie we knew. Thank you for sharing and know we still feel the sting of her not being nearby.
May you feel comforted to know how we felt:
Having worked side by side with her for a number of years we were thankful for her willingness to pitch in and help where needed.
Sherrie loved the beach, cats, and nature. DeVoe says, "She will be missed and hard to replace--not but one Sherrie--purple hair and all." The two of them had a special relationship that involved a lot of fun conversations.
We are aware she struggled with pain and feel solace that she is now free of that. My daughters and I re-phrase DeVoe's quote as, "purple hair, unique style, friendly personality and always willing to help wherever needed in our small businesses."
We appreciate her coming our way and are thankful for our memories.
God bless you all.
The DeVoe Moore Family
My Mom was creative and absolutely created her own happiness in life. She was positive, loved cats, bright colors, and shopping. She enjoyed fishing and the beach! She was so proud of my sister and I. She finally became a grandma in 2019, and was excited to meet her newest grand baby expected in March 2022. She will be deeply missed.
