Richard Wayland "Rick" Jackson 's Obituary
Richard Wayland “Rick” Jackson, 62, passed away on June 13, 2015.
Rick was born in Bonifay and grew up in Havana. His parents owned Jackson Furniture in Quincy where he used to work. He was a heavy equipment operator.
Survivors include four children, Shannon; Clay; and Matt Jackson all of Tallahassee; and Amanda Harsey of Sorrento, FL; two sisters, Teresa Welch and Joseyvette Jackson McCall; one brother, Randy Jackson; and eight grandchildren.
A reception will be held in Rick’s honor from 6-8:00pm, Thursday, June 18th at the Lifesong Chapel, 20 South Duval St. Quincy, FL. Please bring your favorite story of Rick to share with the family.
