Rebecca Lynn Meade 's Obituary
Rebecca Lynn (Conley) Meade passed away Sat. Apr. 8, 2017, after a brief illness. She is survived by her four children, Evie Alexandra Fatouros (Jason) of Belgrade, Montana; Harley Michelle and Shelby Kansas Meade of Dallas Texas; and Henry Lee Meade, Jr. of the Marine Corps.
Becky was born in Martinsville, Ind. May 29, 1969. She was a free spirit and loved the outdoors, horses, dogs, gardening, photography and flying with her hair in the wind on a horse or motorcycle. But first and foremost, she was a mother. A strong, loving, caring, gentle mother, who, in spite of many personal difficulties and hardships, was always ready and willing to help someone in need. Never complaining, she was always there on Saturday to help with the local food drives.
Her smile was radiant, never ending, and lit up any room she entered. She glowed with the love in her heart for all. Her success can be measured by the four very intelligent and successful children she raised. All of their future endeavors will be testimonials to the caring upbringing they received through her. Their success is assured because of her guidance.
Other survivors include her grandchildren, Kye Mathew and Paizley Rain Fatouros, of Montana; siblings, Michael Conley of San Diego, Dave and Maribeth Conley; and Jean Hampton of Crawfordville, FL; parents, Ruth and James Conley of Crawfordville. and the father of her children, Henry Lee Meade, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her second husband, Mark Wilgus.
She had a smile for everyone and was loved by all whose lives she touched. Becky, we will love and miss you terribly (especially your hugs). We will always remember the light you were in all our lives; a light which has been put out too soon. A celebration of her Life will be held at Ochlockonee River State Park on Friday, Apr.14th at 4pm. Anyone who knew her is welcome. Love one another more and hug your kids every time they walk by. Lifesong (www.lifesongfunerals.com or 850.627.1111 is assisting the family with arrangements).
