Randy Taylor 's Obituary
John Randal (Randy) Taylor, 66 of Tallahassee FL went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 11th 2019.
Randy was born in Marianna, FL on September 3rd 1952 and moved to Tallahassee in 1973. Randy worked as a Systems Analyst/ Software Programmer with the State of Florida and retired after 35 years. He was passionate about his family, traveling in his travel-trailer with his wife and dog, Pippi. Randy enjoyed the outdoors, playing tennis, fishing on his boat and spending time at his home in the mountains.
He is predeceased by his parents John and Mettie Taylor, his loving wife Marilyn Taylor and oldest step-son Cabot Kyle.
Cherishing precious memories are his loving son, Gary (Katie Ann) Taylor, daughter, Stacie (Andy) Elliott; step-son, Chris (Julia) Anderson; his beloved grandchildren, Connor, Cole, Austin, Taylor, Kaycen & Tyler and his sibling, Linda Sharpton and nephew Nicholas Routa.
The family will receive friends from 5 - 8 pm on Tuesday, July 16th at Lifesong funerals in Quincy. A Committal Service is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 17th at the Tallahassee National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to Shelter Me Photography via www.sheltermephotography.com
