I don't remember when I first met Philip. I think over 15 years ago. I remember when he shared that he had participated in the Senior Games here in Tallahassee. Wow, I thought that was so cool. I have seen Philip a few times over the last year. I know he was surely facing some challenges. I was always happy to see him. Rest in Peace Philip. I will miss you. Love, Stephanie Allard
