Perry David Kyle's Obituary
Perry David "PD" Kyle lost his battle to cancer on September 19, 2024, at his home in Quincy, Florida surrounded by family and friends.
Born on June 12, 1954, in Mishawaka, Indiana to the late Ralph and Maggie Kyle. He is preceded in death by his wife, Kimberly Ann Kyle, and by his brothers, Robert (Bob) and Ralph (Bud) Kyle. He is survived by his son, Daniel Kyle, and sister, Brenda Wingard.
In his teens, PD's family moved to Clewiston, FL, where they ran Robbie's Restaurant which was a fixture for Lake Okeechobee and the many fishermen and tourists that visited. PD's love of fishing flourished here, as he credits his Grandma Robbins for teaching him how to fish.
After high school, PD enlisted in the Navy and was stationed in Corpus Christi, Texas with a subsequent tour in Pensacola, Florida with the US Navy's Flight Demonstration Team the Blue Angels maintenance crew. Following his separation from active duty, he became a civil servant and worked for the Naval Air Rework Facility in Pensacola, FL, and later Jacksonville, FL.
After 37 years of dedicated service to our great nation, PD retired from Civil Service and enjoyed traveling in his RV and camping with his many friends. In 2019 he purchased his dream home on Lake Talquin, where he lived with his best buds Grizzly and Butler. He so enjoyed the company of the many friends he made in the Lake Talquin community. PD was loved by so many and will be greatly missed by all...
