Patrick is dearly loved and missed by his family and friends!
He is survived by his parents: Jeff and April Cook, his granny: Shirley Cook,
his siblings: Jason and Stacey Cook and their son Tyler, Matt Cook, and fiancé
Zoey McCleary.
The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday July 30, 2022 at 11:00a.m.,
at LifePoint Church, located at 1224 Pedrick Road, Tallahassee, FL 32317.
