SFC Patricia Joan Ragan's Obituary
SFC Patricia Joan Ragan, of Tallahassee, Florida, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on April 26th, 2023.
Patricia was born and raised in Ogdensburg, New York. She eventually moved away to explore other avenues before joining the military in 1968. She met her husband Stephen when she was stationed in Iran. They married in 1976 and eventually moved to Vermont where she lived the next 40 years of her life. Patricia is survived by her son Stephen Ragan-Selecky, his wife Casey Ragan-Selecky, and two grandsons Stephen C. and Benjamin L. of Tallahassee, Florida. Sister Florence Timm of Colchester, Vermont, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Stephen B Selecky and their baby son, father Floyd Ragan, Mother Florence Ragan, and brother Floyd Ragan JR. The service to honor her will be held on July 5th at 1:00 p.m. at Valley Bible Church, 322 E Main Street, Middlebury, Vermont 05753. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Covenant Care Hospice in Tallahassee, Florida, or Alzheimer's Association.
