Pamela Jean Martinez's Obituary
Pamela Jean Martinez, 66, of Tallahassee, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2019 at her home after a long battle with an illness. She is survived by her beloved husband of 32 years, Jose Alfredo (Freddy) Martinez.
Pam was born in Piggott, Arkansas but grew up in the Florida Panhandle. She had lived in the Tallahassee area for over 50 years. Pam worked as Administrative Assistant and Merchandising Manager in her lifetime. She was a good mother and grandmother, a hard worker and always displayed a positive attitude. She was an unselfish friend and caregiver and put others before herself.
Other survivors include two children, George W. Cochran, IV (Andrea) of Tallahassee and David J. Martinez (Brittany) of Crawfordville; one sister, Brigitte Hunt of Tallahassee; and six grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 11th starting at 2:00 p.m. at Lifesong Funerals & Cremations, 20 South Duval St., Quincy, Florida 32351.
