Mrs. Norma Jean Marsh's Obituary
Norma Jean Marsh, 82, of Tallahassee, passed away October 15, 2024, at Margaret Dozier Hospice House. She will be inurned at the Tallahassee National Cemetery. No services are planned.
Norma’s highest achievement in her life was the fact that she had been devoted to her husband, Wesley, for 63 years in marriage. She loved her family. Norma always called her daughter her special angel. She cherished and loved her grandson, Chase. She always had a smile for everyone she met and made friends wherever she went. Norma loved her gardening, singing karaoke, and always cooked until her health declined. She was a beautiful, generous, joyous, inspiring, and faithful lady. Norma was an active member of the Seminole Baptist Church until her health declined.
Her surviving family includes her husband, Wesley Lloyd Marsh, Sr., daughter, Suzanne Marsh, son, Wesley Lloyd Marsh, Jr., (Michele), grandson, Wesley “Chase” Lloyd Marsh, III, brother, Phillip Barnett, nephew, Thomas “Joel” Joe Barnett, Jr. Norma was preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Joe Barnett.
Norma was loved and blessed to have been taken care of by her husband and daughter at home. Recently, she had been transferred to the Margaret Dozier Hospice House. Thank you to the Margaret Dozier Hospice House of Tallahassee for taking such loving care of her.
