Norene D. Moore 's Obituary
Norene D. Moore, 73, of Tallahassee passed away on May 12, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Moore in 2008.
Norene was born in Clinton, Iowa and moved to North Florida with her family in the early 1960’s. She had lived in Tallahassee since 1970 where she was a member of First Christian Church. She enjoyed traveling, reading and especially her family.
Survivors include two children, Terry Blanchard (Flo); and Debra Lee both of Tallahassee; brothers, Gerry Dorathy of Kansas; and Bill Dorathy of Iowa; sisters, Barbara Hoy of Georgia; and Gwen Schaper (Wayne) of Tallahassee; three grandchildren, Nicholas Lee (Jona) of Tallahassee; Adam Lee (Amanda) of Havana; and Ronnie Kirk of Crawfordville; and five great-grandchildren, Jackson; Lawson; Shaylei; Samantha; and Nicholas.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, May 18th, 2015 at First Christian Church on High Rd. The committal will follow at Tallahassee Memory Gardens. Tholley Taylor with Lifesong (www.lifesongfunerals.com) is assisting the family with arrangements.
