Monette White's Obituary
Marilyn "Monette" White, 75, of Tallahassee, passed away on March 7, 2023 with her loving family by her side.
Monette (aka: Ms. Mo or Jon's Mom) was born and raised in Opp, Alabama. During her 13 years of schooling she was proud to have only missed one day of school while earning all A's and B's with only one C.
Monette moved to Tallahassee from Ft. Walton Beach in 1986 and became a rabid FSU fan, holding season tickets to all FSU sports. She loved her family and was the last survivor of six children. She also loved doing yardwork and was a member of Seminole Baptist Church in Tallahassee.
Survivors include two children, Monica White and Jonathon White both of Tallahassee; one grandchild, Mallory White of Tallahassee; one great grandchild, Scarlett Simmons; and her beloved cat, Butter.
