This is Jerry Johansen (Cody's dad from Troop 115). Valarie, Cody, and I want to express our condolences for your deep loss.
When I think of "Mr. Signs", I recall the best kind of Scout Dad...always there, always helpful, always supporting - not just you, but all our Scouts. I most appreciate the 'leaders' like him; those who do not need the job title, they just get needs met. May his example live in your heart.
It's easy to identify which one is Michael John, by his infectious and slightly ornery smile.

Prayers to Michael’s family. Michael and Lora came back to Iowa in 2017 and helped with my youngest daughter’s graduation party. They saw the Des Moines sites, had reunited with cousins and Aunt Flo. Michael was fond of the Iowa Capital grounds.
