Trish Blaha
In loving memory,
Today I write with deep gratitude and love as I remember an extraordinary woman—a gifted therapist, a devoted Christian, and a cherished friend—who blessed this world for 101 remarkable years.
It is rare to encounter someone whose wisdom is matched by their humility, whose faith is as steady as their compassion, and whose presence alone brings clarity and peace. She was that person for me.
As a therapist, she possessed an uncommon gift: the ability to truly see people. Not just their struggles, but their potential. Not just their wounds, but their strength. She listened without judgment, guided without control, and counseled with both professional excellence and Christ-centered grace. Her faith was never imposed, only lived—quietly, consistently, and powerfully.
On a personal level, she helped me transform my life. Through her steady guidance, I learned to communicate more thoughtfully, to respond rather than react, and to navigate relationships with greater patience and understanding. She taught me that growth requires courage, that forgiveness is strength, and that humility opens doors that pride keeps shut. Because of her, I became more aware of how I treat others—and more intentional about doing better.
What made her extraordinary was not just her skill, but her spirit. At 101 years old, her mind remained sharp, her heart open, and her faith unwavering. She embodied the scripture she believed in—living a life of service, love, and steadfast trust in God. Her legacy is not only in the countless clients she helped, but in the ripple effect of healthier relationships, restored families, and changed lives that continue because of her influence.
I will forever be grateful for her counsel, her kindness, and her friendship. Though she is no longer with us in body, the wisdom she shared lives on in my daily choices, in the way I interact with others, and in the deeper faith she encouraged me to embrace.
Well done, good and faithful servant. Your race was long, your impact profound, and your life beautifully lived.
With love and gratitude,
Trish Blaha
