Mark Evan Woodford 's Obituary
Mark Evan Woodford, 59, of Tallahassee, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016. He passed peacefully with his wife and close friends by his side.
Mark was born in Akron, OH to Rollin and Mary Woodford on June 27, 1957. He moved to Tallahassee in 1982 where he met and married Gloria Sloan Woodford. They shared 34 years of marriage together.
Mark was employed by Southside Mowers and considered his employers and co-workers his family. Mark was an outdoorsman and loved being in the woods hunting, camping, or on the lake fishing or boating. He also enjoyed other simple things in life like sitting around a fire, sharing a cold beer and grilling with friends and family.
Mark is survived by his wife, Gloria Woodford, their son, Ryan Woodford; and his beloved dogs, Rayn and Pety. A celebration of his life will be held at his home for close friends and family on July 2, 2016 at 7:30pm.
