Marilyn Sue Reid's Obituary
Sue, 77, passed away on August 31, 2024, at her home. She was born in Great Bend, Kansas to George and Margaret Dickson. Growing up, she loved participating in the Great Bend Drum & Bugle Corps. She was selected as the best female drummer in the state and competed in the national championship. After her daughter was born, she moved to Oklahoma City and enjoyed watching OU football and Oklahoma City Thunder basketball. In her later years, she moved to Tallahassee with her ex-husband to be closer to their daughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Margaret (Warnberg) Dickson. She is survived by her daughter, Amber Brock; her ex-husband, Don Brock; her big brother Gary Dickson (Nancy); and her nephew, Reid Dickson.
