Lorene Caroline Logue's Obituary
Lorene Logue, 82, of Chattahoochee, passed away on January 10, 2024 at her home. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, John Logue.
Lorene was born and raised in the Hardaway Community in Gadsden County, Florida where she grew up attending Flat Creek Baptist Church. She held several executive positions beginning with the State of Florida and eventually an international firm in West Palm Beach. She and her husband enjoyed participating in many Civil War reenactments with the Sons of Confederate Veterans. She was a member of the Order of Confederate Rose.
Other survivors include her children, Betty Beauchamp Dean (Jim) of Tallahassee; Kevin Eric Beauchamp of Tallahassee; Lorrie Inez Louketis of Altha; Tina Jean Logue of West Palm Beach; and Matt Wayne Logue of Hardaway Community; two brothers, Shep Young (Ann) and George Young (Charlotte); her grandchildren, Davis Olsen and Tia Marie Logue; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eckledge Shepard Young and Helen Miller Young.
A service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Flat Creek Baptist Church in Chattahoochee. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The interment will immediately follow the service at the Flat Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
