Linda Hall Tolkmitt's Obituary
Linda Hall Tolkmitt, 64, of Monticello, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024.
Linda was born in Tallahassee on December 4,1959 to Henry Edgar Hall Jr and Elga Patricia Smith Hall.
After graduating from high school, she began a successful career in Banking and Real Estate and later moved into Retail Sales Management.
Linda was known for her smile and infectious laughter. She loved spending time with her family, and her numerous rescue cats always had a special place in her heart. Linda also enjoyed reading, gardening, and watching the birds on her feeder. She will be remembered for her generosity and will be deeply missed.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Lauren Flories (Woody) and grandsons Cas and Axel; her brothers and sisters, Bill Hall, Sherry Fuller (Donnie), Nita Howard (Paul), Robert Hall (Claudene) and Arlene Chandler (Steve). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and brother Eddie Hall.
The family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Benevolence Fund at Elizabeth Baptist Church in Monticello, FL, where Linda was a member.
