Linda Kay Lindsey's Obituary
Linda Kay Lindsey, age 66, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016 after a long and protracted illness. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, their daughter, and a granddaughter. She is also survived by two siblings and several nieces and nephews.
Linda was employed by Wakulla Bank for many years and then Centennial Bank for a short period before being forced into early retirement due to her illness.
Linda had a myriad of interests and hobbies. She was a scratch bowler, an 'old car' enthusiast, a skilled seamstress, and a certified open water scuba diver. Upon the birth of her granddaughter, she spent every moment of her spare time in the baby girl's company. Perhaps it's as if, somehow, she knew that their time together would be far to brief....
No services are planned, and burial will be private. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so graveside, in the Lindsey family plot, at the Panacea Community Cemetery at their convenience. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer a contribution to one of the following organizations, or to a charity of your choice. Alzheimer's Project Inc., 301 E.
