Lavada Mae Perkins' Obituary
Lavada "Mae" Perkins, Age 83, of Quincy, Florida passed away on November 26, 2023 at Westminster Oaks, Tallahassee. She was a lifetime resident of Gadsden County, FL and a member of the First Baptist Church of Quincy. She enjoyed cooking for Fellowship Committee for the First Baptist Church.
Mae was preceded in death her spouse William "Billy" Perkins in 2014. She is survived by her daughter Deborah DuBose (Toby) of Germany, twin sister Faye Zetien (Zeke) of Gainesville, FL, sister Helen Merritt of Chipley, FL, and Brother Roland Wilcox (Kathy) of Tallahassee, FL, and two grandchildren, Adin DuBose of Orlando, FL and Ethan DuBose of Germany.
A Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Quincy on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Mae will be privately interred at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
