Larry Wayne Kinser's Obituary
Larry Wayne Kinser, 68, of Tallahassee, passed away on July 12, 2016, under the gentle care of Big Bend Hospice.
Larry was born in Lafayette, IN and was a retired OSHA Compliance Officer where he was always a champion for the workers. He was a disabled American Veteran and Airman Second Class Air Force Retiree.
He leaves behind his wife, JoAnn Russell of St. George Island; and two daughters, Carissa Kinser and Tiffany Kinser both of Chicago, IL.
