Kevin James Neel's Obituary
Kevin James Neel, 59, of Quincy, Florida, passed away November 8, 2020.
Born April 12, 1961, at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Va., Kevin was a 1979 graduate of James A. Shanks High School and an employee of Talquin Electric Cooperative for the past 31 years.
Kevin enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and had a passion for grilling and smoking food. In fact, "Nator" had a reputation for being able to cook anything using only three briquettes! You could tell how long he was known to someone by the name they called him: Kevin or Jamie.
Kevin is preceded in death by his father James W. Neel. He is survived by a loving family and many friends that thought of him as a brother.
No services will be held at this time. A celebration of life is being planned with a date to be determined.
