Keith T. Blackman's Obituary
Keith T. Blackmar, 56, of Crawfordville, passed peacefully at his home on Tuesday, May 17th, 2016. He is survived by his beloved fiancee, Robin Doty.
Keith was born and raised in Massachusetts but lived in Wakulla County for more than 33 years. He was Editor for the Wakulla News for 25 years and served as Private Investigations Officer with the Wakulla County Sheriff's Office for the past eight. He was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and Disney fanatic!
Other survivors include his daughter, Lindsey Karl-Rupp (Gary); grandson, Tobias Rupp; brother, Bruce Blackmar (Tess); nephew, Ross Blackmar; and step-son, Sam Doty.
A celebration of life service is being planned. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Victims Advocate, Wakulla County Sheriff's Office, 15 Oaks St. Crawfordville, FL 32327 or Wakulla County Parks & Recreation, 79 Recreation Dr., Crawfordville, FL 32327.
