Joyce Cotter's Obituary
Joyce M. Cotter passed away peacefully Thursday evening with her family by her side.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John P. Cotter, her parents whom she loved, Ernest and Clare Seliano, her angel infant daughter, Carol A. Cotter and her treasured son-in-law, Connolly Lunsford.
Joyce is survived by her children and their loved ones, Bruce (MarLi), Connie (Stephen), Nancy (Connolly), and Karen (George), 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and her Florida great grand furry pets, who she loved to pet and give treats to, Coco Chanel, Penelope Grace and Scoochie.
Joyce found great joy in her family and friends. In her spare time, she was a writer, free-lance journalist for local papers, a docent for Villa Viscaya in Miami, and a champion for health and beautification causes. She will be missed and remembered by her family, friends and all who knew her for her great smile, her love of life, her kindness, and her independence.
