Joseph Patrick Smith 's Obituary
Joseph Patrick Smith, 59, passed away on June 8, 2016 at his home in Midway.
Joe was born on a military base in Chambley, France. He grew up in Panama City, FL and moved to the Tallahassee area after serving in the U.S. Army. He worked as an electrician for Weston Trawick in Tallahassee and enjoyed music, playing the guitar and astronomy. He was always in search of a spot that was unaffected by the city lights to gaze at the stars.
Survivors include two sisters, Dianna Ragsdale (Bart); and Patty Cline (Thomas) both of Crawfordville; one niece; two nephews; one great niece; two great nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, June 18th at Roselawn Cemetery in Tallahassee. Lifesong (850.627.1111) is assisting the family with arrangements.
