I have known Miss Joann forever it seems. She was definitely a lady you could like and love with little effort. Jimmie and I are truly blessed to have been able to call her a friend. Robert &Maryann we are very sorry that we will not be able to attend her service. We are on vacation and our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I was her housekeeper and friend for about 11 years...she was funny, witty. And a pleasure to everyone she came around. She was very gracious and didn't mind if somebody would do something for her because she was a little old lady :-) I love the times that she let me share down at her beach house and my family. She loved her mullet but if we gave it to her we definitely had to cut off the head scale it put it in a cooler for her and bring it to her house. She also Loved mackerel and Flounder from the coast. I'm glad some of my last memories of seeing her was bringing her some homemade Blackberry Jam that she loved. And telling her that I loved her...Thank u.
