Jimmy Nichols Jr.'s Obituary
James C. Nichols, Jr., 72, of Tallahassee, passed away on December 17, 2022.
Jimmy was born on December 23, 1949, and was the second baby born at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. He was a 1967 graduate of James S. Rickards High School. After which he joined the United States Air Force and retired as Master Sergeant after 20 years of service. He then went to work for Boeing Military Aircraft Company, and retired as Master Scheduler after 20 years. Jimmy loved his family and all things about cars.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Cliff and Jean Nichols, and his beloved wife, Lucy. He is survived by his three sons, Cliff (Erin), John (Fatima), and Kyle; as well as his grandchildren, Michaela Arteberry (Donell); Evalee, Cayden, Chloe, and Calani Nichols; great granddaughter Iris; and his siblings, Mitchell (Paula), Kathy, Joe, Ken (Donna), and Kellye (Rusty); and his first wife, Lyn.
Visitation for family and friends will be at 1:00 pm with Memorial Service beginning at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at Crossway Baptist Church, 405 Crossway Road, Tallahassee, Florida.
