An amazing man who served so many years as a public servant. May he get the love and respect of the great man he was. Prayers for family and friends. Hopefully he is with Shane and Faith celebrating their reunion. I was so shocked to heat of his passing. Heartbroken.

Sgt. Rudd, Your life meant something to Troopers like my husband, Cpl. Mike Strickland. He laughs when he tells how you corrected his homicide with red ink. But he also says you made him a better investigator.
You lived through many life losses that took a heavy toll on you. I pray you can Rest In Peace and see your son and daughter. Jo Ann Strickland
