Jerry "Mike" Welsh, 54, passed away on November 2, 2014.
He is survived by his daughter, Marcie Justice of Ohio; his mother, Paula Welsh of Crawfordville; and brother, Chris Welsh of Texas.
A Funeral Mass and burial will be held in Ohio. AmeriCare Funeral & Cremation is assisting the family with the arrangements.
