Mr. James Wesley Lee Sr.'s Obituary
James Wesley (Wes) Lee, Sr. entered eternity on May 10, 2024. He was born on May
3, 1951 in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon graduation from high school, he married Doris
Veronica Fuqua in 1970, and they remained married until her death in 2016. In 1970, he
joined the United States Navy Reserve, in which he served from 1970-76. He was
employed by Texaco Oil Company from 1970-81 and the Florida Department of
Revenue from 1982 until his retirement. He is survived by his two children, James Jr.
(Cobie) and Tiffany. He is also survived by two brothers: Wendell (Teresa) and Wayne
(Susan).
He was a fantastic father and role model to his children. He truly enjoyed his church,
classic cars, listening to rock and roll music, and eating good fried chicken.
