James Curtis "J.C." Hodges Jr.'s Obituary
James Curtis “J.C.” Hodges, Jr., 63, of Tallahassee, passed away on Monday, October 19th, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Donna Hodges.
J.C. was born in Columbia, SC and spent most of his life in Tallahassee. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and served in Vietnam. He loved to fish, watch football and had a passion for playing the guitar.
Other survivors include his daughter, September of Tallahassee; one granddaughter, Cheyenna; and the Godwin & Bookout families.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 24th, 2015 at Lake Talquin Baptist Church. Lifesong (www.lifesongfunerals.com or 850/627.1111) is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranch or Big Bend Hospice.
