Curtis Parker
I was very saddened to hear of Irma's passing. Although we have not seen one another for many years, she was my "sidekick" in the Bay County Humane Society in Panama City from early to the mid-1980's. Irma could always be counted on to do the many difficult tasks involved in the restarting of the society. She gave of her time and heart selflessly to make life better for the thousands of animals coming through the shelter doors each year. I am proud to call her a friend and will continue to remember her frequently.
