I spent a lot of time with Pop and Maelene, we went on two cruises together and spent many Friday and Saturday nights together going to jamborees. He always wanted me to sing Cottonfields whenever I sang with any of the bands. He was always trying to aggrevate everyone and thought it was funny if he could get you riled up. He will be missed very much.
I will always remember Uncle Harold's wry sense of humor, the mischievous look on his face when he was trying to get away with something, and how much he cared about family. We will miss him.
