Frank was instrumental in my career, from the start of the Lottery to years later being my biggest booster when the Lottery contract was opened for bid. I won the bid in 1995/96 and have been blessed to continue providing services to the Lottery ever since. What a guy! He knew how to maneuver Florida's political landscape and never leave a footprint.

In the clip I uploaded from 2017, he was again fighting to make sure Lotto cash went to Education as others tried to funnel it to other causes. He never gave up and he won more often than not.

So sorry to hear about your husband Frank. Although I have never had the pleasure of meeting him, I know all the happiness and love you two shared throughout many years, was a special bond.
Hopefully the happy memories will fill the heartbreak.

Marcia and Laura: I am so unhappy about Frank. He was a good friend and helped my husband and I through many difficult problems. I knew I could always reach out to him for assistance as a friend and as a lobbyist. I could count on an email from him at least once a week.
I know he and Charles have found each other and are having meaningful discussions about medicine and the rivalry between UF and FSU. I hope my son, David, and Kate will become heavenly friends.
I’ll think about him often and will miss my friend.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Frank but I knew him through Marica's loving eyes. I worked with her for over 30 years and we had so many talks about him and our families. I know Marcia and family are feeling the loss and I extend my condolences and prayers for comfort.
