Frank was a fun loving guy to serve next to! May God's face shine upon him in eternal peace.
Frank Ball:
I have had many neighbors, but Frank was a special kind of neighbor. We met when he purchased the house next door. Never quite sure what a new neighbor will bring, it was Frank that immediately began working to fit in and be part of our little community.
Frank was a very kindhearted, magnanimous person, that was always interested in his neighbors' daily tasks, health, and foibles. As neighbors, Frank and myself talked over the fence, nearly every day that we were both in town. Franks dogs were always part of the conversation, as well as my dogs and cat. Frank had a place in his heart for animals that was bigger than life.
Over the years, we went through different medical issues, and Frank was always the first to ask about mine or my wife's health. While we all had our health issues, Frank was always upbeat about his ailments.
Frank loved his house and yard. Over the years he added numerous yard art, from bird feeders, bird baths, areas for gargoyles, sculptures, tree are, etc.… He planted numerous types of plants that helped wildlife, birds, hummingbirds, squirrels, etc...
I will miss Frank as a neighbor, friend, and likeminded soul. May you find peace in your afterlife.

Frank really did enjoy the outdoors! He and I used to compare notes on the various beautiful places we had traveled. His pictures always seem to top mine. Since he was so into the outdoors, he also appreciated premium quality outdoor garments. Once, during a meeting, when we really should’ve been listening, he and I struck up a conversation on our favorite brand of outdoor clothing. I told him about the brand, Smartwool” he seems surprised, he was not familiar with it. By lunch hour, Frank had ordered three garments online, he was excited, they would be waiting for him when he got home! He was all giddy, with excitement and was wearing the biggest grin! I’ll miss that smile

I’ll always remember Frank for his dedication to Hill’s, his sincere interest in our team at Northwood, and his deep and long standing generosity in helping us out with our charity events. Everyone loved seeing Frank and his positive attitude and his visits to our hospital will be missed by all…our Northwood team sends our condolences and thoughts your way.
