Eugene Durrance Jr.'s Obituary
Gary “Eugene” Durrance, Jr., 33, of Greensboro, passed away on Monday, July 3rd, 2017.
Eugene was born in Tallahassee on June 14th, 1984. He was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of nine and was a cancer survivor for 24 years. He graduated from Gretchen Everhart in Tallahassee and also attended ACE.
He was also an avid Seminole fan and loved to play with his nieces and nephews, crossword puzzles, basketball, and play video games. He attended Bethel Assembly of God in Greensboro.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Mary and Frank Potter of Greensboro; his father, Gary E. Durrance, Sr. of Tallahassee; sister, Amanda Potter of Greensboro; brother, Frankie Potter of Greensboro; niece, Analiah Potter; nephew, Aiden Potter; and several cousins, aunts and uncles.
A visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Wednesday, July 5th at Lifesong Chapel, 20 South Duval St., Quincy, FL 32351. Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
