Eselyn Agatha Challenger's Obituary
Eselyn Challenger, 56, of Tallahassee, passed away on April 11, 2023. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ellen Challenger.
Eselyn was born in St. Kitts and Nevis and moved to the United States from St. Thomas to pursue her education. She graduated from Bay Path University in Long Meadow, MA and Devry University in Irving, TX. She worked as a senior analyst for the State of Florida and was a member of Freedom Church in Tallahassee. She enjoyed arts and crafts and was a passionate crocheter.
Survivors include her daughter, Chaunya Thomas of Tallahassee; her father, Jonathan Challenger of Jacksonville; one sister, Yvonne Challenger; four brothers, Kenville and Jonathan Challenger, and St. Clair and Derrick Jeffers; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, May 6th at 2:00 PM at Freedom Church in Tallahassee.
