Elwyn M. "Jack" Moore 's Obituary
Elwyn "Jack" Moore, 91, of Crawfordville, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016 in Tallahassee. He is survived by his wife, Frances Moore.
Jack lived nearly all his life in Leon and Wakulla Counties. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He also attended Lake Ellen Baptist Church in Crawfordville and loved to fish.
Other survivors include one son, David Moore of Crawforville; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one son, Stephen Moore.
