Ms. Elizabeth Ann Ridaught's Obituary
Elizabeth Ann Ridaught, 84, died at home on June 6, 2024 with her devoted nephew, Bruce Alday, by her side.
Ms. Ridaught was born April 5, 1940 in Hawthorne, Florida to Roderick and Ollie Mattox Ridaught. After high school graduation, she attended college in California, obtaining a bachelor’s degree. Upon her return to Florida, she worked as an administrative assistant for the state of Florida.
Ms. Ridaught was highly intelligent and traveled the United States playing bridge. She was a member of the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL). Her nephew, Bruce, describes her as a very special lady.
She was predeceased by most of her relatives. In addition to Bruce, she is survived by nephews, Bruce Anderson and Chris Anderson.
Per Ms. Ridaught’s request, no formal services will be held.
